Your Goals and Ambitions for FATOC '11

What are the areas you would like to improve upon for next years FATOC?

What ambitions do you have in terms of how well you do or how much better
you do (top five, top ten, number 1, number 1 3rd time in a row... hehe)?

What do you feel you need to work on the most (ie ambidexterity, learn more
tricks, specific tricks, consistency, aerials, creativity, etc.)?

For me I would like to place in the top 3. In order to do that I feel I
have strengthen my left hand and improve its muslce memory. I need to
be more consistent with the more advanced tricks I know. I also feel I need
to pick up on some new tricks and get consistent with them. Endurance is
was the toughest round for me, so I want to be able to consistently flip for
2 min straight without messing up.

My first Ambition is to not let a place for you in the Top 3 , because i want to beat the Belgium Monarch !!! i want to do a French revolution, and cut the head's Monarch...I want to beat alls my opponants...i want to be the best in balisong ( Shit, Rugur, go out of my Body !!! )...more serously, i must pratice my left hand to be better in 2 balis ( yeah for try to beat Slash )...In fact, in 5 words , I Want To Beat Slash ....( Matty first, but it's soon )... My way to go forward, it's to TRY to be the best. It is my philosophy ( it is not conceited, trust me ). When you have better Flipper than you, you must pushing yours limits, again and again; and this is what i like. Oh, and because i'm Fan about a lot of Flippers here, i want to beat them in the Fatoc 2011..." I'll be back", and how said Droopdog, " Guys, i have yours numbers "...

well first off I need to get a decent bali or two,
but I will be aiming for a top 3 position next year.
Apart from not being in the last round,this year went pretty much how i thought it would.
I was pretty much expecting to be bout halfway down the list.
I'm missing flipping so much the last week or so as soon as I get my hands back on a bali i'll be practicing everyday.
I was doing a lot of experimental flipping leading up to this years FATOC
and I now know what styles of flipping i wanna advance with.
I will definately be back next year, an i'm coming back strong.

I just wanna break the top ten next year (I was close this year), get my aerials more clean, and have a better selection of balis to choose from to flip. Already on that third one...

Also need to invest in a better camera/microphone and locate some better editing software. But camera et al cuts into my bali budget!1 Arrrrrgh.

First i would attack with nuclear forces on France, then get a BM51, improve my rollovers and consistency and maybe take a place in top 10.
All is completely impossible. ;(

I missed out on FATOC '10,
For one i had just joined,
And for two i had no skill at the time, but next year i will be in it to win it!
I hope to get aerials perfectly down by then.

Well, first off, I'll have to get a better bali for flipping (This Smallfly just doesn;t have long enough handles for my taste)

But I'd like to join in on it and get a few votes even.

But before all that I'm gonna have to get a LOT better, learn more tricks, get better with my left hand, get everything I learn down to a really good consistancy, and all that good jazz.

Im still reading up on everything about FATOC ... But I love to Compete at anything I do , I really think it helps to improve ones self confidence & develop skill . I also love Editing & filming So I hope to Be Making vids soon ,But don't think my skill level is up to it yet ....

If anyone can PM me some Tutorial links on some Beginner tricks besides the basic openings & twirls ... That would be great!!

TBH my friend showed FATOC '10...as soon as i saw that i started asking him if i could try and learn a few things with his trainer. From that point on i went from trainer>BM51>k2 and now i'm trying to soak up as much tricks as i can to learn different tricks and series of tricks. Like someone said earlier, i just wanna compete next year. Is it going down in Feb again?

I got a feeling a lot of you newer members are gonna rip it up. I hope so.
I've seen how good some of the newer members got and how quickly they
got there. Pretty remarkable.
