opinions on short flip (honest & serious preferably)

Just want opinions on this short clip ...
Its only about 30 sec flipped with a 51 recorded with my phone ul'd raw

You have big up and down arm movements which makes it look like you are flailing, rather than working the Bali smoothly through your fingers.

Try sitting on a chair, resting your elbow on your leg and just flip using your fingers and wrist action.
10 out of ?.. Roll/.. ALWAYS!!! blow on the pie (safer communities together)

Thanks I was in a rute as to what to work on next.... I been practicing w/ my hand on my knee n I think its been helping hpwever I would be a bit bold now to argue that if placed well some arm movment my actually ok but I don't want to be a slave to it n I think im on my way to a future with muchless sloppy flipping here is some better flipping [yo

Nice. You're getting better man. You stumble a bit, but hey, who doesn't? Haha. The only thing I see that gets me is that your aerials just kinda' fly out randomly. You need to keep those a little more under control as far as direction goes...but still, you're getting quite a bit better!
