Bm 42 problems

My 42 has a fualty tang pin, which I'm fixing soon when I get ahold of a vice. Not really a big deal, but the problem I need help with is my pivot joints, im fairly sure either something is stuck in there, or the washers have been worn down, they bind extreamly easily, the pins have to be damn near half unscrewed to flip and when it does flip, IT SQUEEKS. Im thinking of either taking it apart for cleaning, or just waiting and installing some PB washers.
