Bechmade 51 pocketclip

So is decided to stop being a pussy about it and to take my clip off. I followed Calvins review on how to do it and everything went smoothly (besides almost breaking my thumbs getting the pins out) However when i finished and and put the screws back in (this is pre sanding) there was no play in the G10. The only issue is that the pins protrude out of the handles slightly. So this is my problem. Should i risk sanding or leave as is?

I'd just buy new pivots for it. Those are 1/8" right? you can get some replacements for a few bucks a piece.

Hell, I wouldn't take the clip off... that would make it even lighter than it already is. No good for me.

Good luck to you.

Knifekits.com - they're usually out of the stuff I want though.
Texasknife.com

There are other places to get that stuff, but I generally use TXknfie for most of the hardware.
