Back to the BM51, I found after flipping it for awhile there is a lot of play, what should I do to fix that, are there some specific things I must do?

I'd rather enjoy helping a flipper in need, and the best gratification comes from the hopes of flipping a new bali.
Loc-tite it properly and problem should be solved.

Agreed my 51 was bad for loosening rather quickly until loctite solved the issue....recommend you do the handle screw too as i lost a couple and had to ask benchmade for some new ones. Also recommend removing the pocket clip helped balance the knife for flipping, world of a dif.

Thanks a lot. Also when you use 3 in 1 oil on the blade, is it fine if it goes down into the handles? Or should I avoid that? I mean for full metal Bali's it should be fine, but the 51 has Titanium, and G10...

Wont hurt anything . G10 is resistant to oils and water.....
