Aerials are useless in the world of bali tricks unless it's the IBTC. And everyone knows where it got Ruger(asshole)...

Aerials are no different then any type of bali-trick...they take a fair amount of practice and skill to perform just like most tricks. Counting rotations perfect timing and a fair amount of balls are required to perform any of my signature aerials. Drunk or not everyone is welcome to their opinion, so here's mine :

1. what your saying closes off tricks to you and aerials intergrated into a twirling style look badass have a look at matty and slashncut.
2. stating they are "useless" in the balisong world seems pretty shortsighted and I would assume nine tenths of the balisong world would disagree with you anyhow.
3. You've mentioned you "cant" or wont try or do a fair amount of them, now your calling them useless, kinda makes you look like a hater.



so I am aware that there are tricks you perform that I dont have that godly flow you seem to have while attempting them, your tricks are advanced and look awesome, just like with any advanced aerial they require a ton of practice and dedication. If its a question of style its a lot easier to say you feel your style is more pleasing or you perfer your style... but to try to invalidate aerials and say they are useless to the balisong world well... it would seem your not that in touch with the balisong world if you truly think that, all the evidence you would want would be in every comment on any video I have made where the balisong flipping and watching populace have left comment after comment about how those tricks looked sweet and were awesome to see pulled off. So all those ppl are foolish to enjoy those tricks? or to indicate that they took skill to perform?


like I said anyone is welcome to an opinion... a world without opinion would be a pretty sad place...

but invalidating a whole series of tricks and thinking they have no place in the balisong world that goes kind of beyond opinion and into hyperbole and that is kind of amusing . I mean if this was a sport where ppl were judged on freestyles and routines I think you would see aerials mixed to nearly everyones best stuff.

you could do an endless twirling combo but ultimately that would look stale, mix in one aerial or aerial to transition, and youve got a stronger routine imho.
