I second that notion.

I don't think I'm considered "top five", but I'd take them.

sounds good in theory but I doubt you will get blasto and entropy involved. they are rarely on the site and I know dave is a pretty busy dude.

yeah, I should have emphasized the "maybe" a bit more. We're probably gonna end up using the more active people here anyways, like Droop, you, Stu, Slash, HD or whoever the hell wants to. Might even end up being more than just 5

I'd volunteer, sure.

I'd like to see me, slash, droop, faulty and maybe either HappyD or Spyder...hard to tell between those two.

I'd love to see the frenchies get stomped. Doubt it'd happen sicne they've ALL been flipping longer than us here, but hey.....we can dream too.

1 person challenges. That doesn't quite sound right, but...

Say someone claims they can do some impossible trick, but dammit, no video to prove it. Maybe he's serious, maybe he's full of crap - I'd really like to find out. Now there's not much chance that I could do the trick (even though I do like doing 'impossible' things) because I wouldn't even know how, so there's no point in me challenging him to a one on one challenge.

So, I just challenge him to do the trick and make a video of it in a reasonable timeframe. If he denies the challenge he gets dismissed as an arrogant windbag, but if he takes the challenge and makes the video, it goes to the polls. The poll options would be 'pass' or 'fail.' If we see that he can actually do the trick, we pick 'pass,' otherwise we pick 'fail'

If this guy in question passes the polls, he gets 15 points. Otherwise he loses 15 points.

I think this is an awesome idea, sometimes its hard to get someone to accept a challenge unless you challenge one of the usual guys who accept,
i think we should start an solo challenge ladder, we start out with Challenge no 1 - do a palmspin for example if you do the challenge you get 1 point and also the opportunity to post another challenge to the moderator if he accepts it, it goes on the challenge list, so the list grows an you can do the challenges anytime you want, the more challenges you do the more points you get on the solo challenge ladder, not sure wether i explained this properly but i know what i mean and i'd also be willing to volunteer as moderator if noone else wants to do it, awesome idea jason :TU:

I know it has been discussed, but shitting out on a challenge is now not just frowned upon, but it will cost you points...

word to the wise...

DONT BAIL on challenges.

more to follow when the policy gets hammered out.

On this old forum, for pen spinning, one person would do a move and another person would do the same move and add another on to it, it was called tac-on game(beginners, and advanced).

I think we could come up with some amazing combos if we did this.

There was some rules though, you can't repeat a trick more than twice, and no combo moves. I hope this game catches on, and good luck. Also if no one replies in 72 hours the last person to post that trick is the winner, and can start a new game, if he don't for another 48 hours anyone can start a game. Thank you for visiting.

sounds like fun actually.
