Time: Less than one (1) minute and thirty (30) seconds

Knife rules: One (1) knife or trainer, or both, just not at the same time.

Hands rules: Between zero (0, and props to you if you can make an interesting flipping video without touching the bali) and six (6, but they must all still be yours. We are an equal opportunity challenge, and if God has blessed you with extra flipping-capable arms, I'd love to see what you can do with them) hands may be used.
