any ideas for a bm51 mod?

i love my bm51, but i feel like it's just missing something.
i'm sending it in to get it coated, and i'm going to put in PB washers, but any other ideas guys?

dlc coat the blade and annodize the liners green.

i like the idea of coating the blade. Also, there's no need to put pb washers in the 51, since it comes with them.

Maybe Sculpt the G-10 a bit, or change the G-10 scales entirely, for a different color, they have green and black G-10 that would go nice with the green anodizing on the liners someone else mentioned...

i'm not really doing anything with the G10 scales because that's what's getting coated, but the blade's definitely getting coated. and i was thinking of annodizing the liners, but maybe a nice color shift. green would be sick though.

it looks really nice......duane had a black blade 32 done with the liners done in green especially for EDC knives.....looked awesome.

I shot mr. titanium an email a while ago about anodizing my 42, I had something a little different in mind than what he was willing to do, but his pricing was criminally reasonable. Provided you can remove everything else and send him just the ti pieces, I'm fairly sure he will be able to anodize them green for you.

once i build an actual annodizer, i may start coloring things for people, but for now, ill make do for myself with battery chargers, and car batteries.....

final plan:
blade's getting a nice black DLC coat, gonna re-cut some new scales out of 3D re-black G10 and re-profile them, and anodize the liners either bright purple or bright green.
