hey I dont make tutos much but I got a lot of requests for this so I tried to at least give some advice...
sorry I didnt shout everyone out but its implied of course.
anyhow not much of a tuto but here you go...

good job on the tut dude. kinda scary ya broke the silence. i was just trying to get a similar trick to work for me a couple weeks before you posted that video.......
seems like everytime i come up with something, someone better beats me to the punch! lol

I was working on something similar to that but on the top of the same hand I threw it from I cant get it so if anyone else wants to try it go ahead its hard as fuck though
