ring and pinky finger training

Hey i'm having abit of trouble doing the full twirl because my ring finger dosen't have the strength to properly lift the handle at the end of the trick. And im using a bradley kimura 5 which is pretty heavy

Depends what sort of full twirl you are doing. The standard one uses the index and middle fingers.
If you want to get tricky... move the trick down so that you use the middle and ring finger. If this is what you are talking about, then you shouldn't have to use finger strength, rather use the momentum of the swinging handles.... that and a lot of practice.
Post a vid in the practice thread so we know what you are talking about.

There isn't a whole lot of ring/pinky action in there. It's just enough to help you build up that strength. Y2k into ring/pinky chaplin is another way I used to practice those two.
