<3" blade

I have a slight dilemma, I live in the dorms at my university, and while we are allowed to have knives in our rooms, they have to follow the Michigan laws concerning carry knives, which means they have to be under three inches.

I done a quite a few searches and I haven't found any bali's under three aside from xxsmall the California legal ones.

Can you think of any that are just under three?
Or what would you think of cutting/grinding a ccc to less than 3"?

Just started flipping? Hard to find decent Balis in the $30-$60 range? The Search Ends Here!

Don't hold out for a BM42! Take that $400+ you are planning on spending and go get in line for an Alpha Beast! You won't be disaponted!

Re: <3" blade

I've been meaning to add one of those to my wishlist, guess I might as well do that now....

But anyway, I was hoping to come up with something sharp.

What would you guys think of taking a rotary tool with a grinding disk and cutting off an inch or two of a blade?
If it's not downright idiotic, could you recommend any ccc's to do it with?

Wouldn't be worth flipping, it would be extremely unbalanced.
